Join artist and photographer Talitha Brauer and learn new ways to see the world around you, building on the foundations of film photography. 💙 This course will be offered online via ZOOM.

Learn the fundamentals of light and technique behind your camera so you can stop worrying about tech, and focus on creating beautiful images. Each lesson is 60 minutes with an in-class critique followed by a presentation on theory (Understanding Light, Composition, Portraiture, and Storytelling). Weekly photo assignments will guide you through the principles of creating strong imagery.

This course is perfect for beginners and amateur photographers who want to take their photography to the next level.

Necessary equipment:

- Digital SLR or analogue camera with film is recommended.

- Students can also learn on their smartphone, applying classic principles to phone photography.

📌Schedule & Fee

This 8-week course takes place weekly on Thursdays (7 pm - 8 pm) from 22 April - 10 June 2021. Based on the students` interest, there is the possibility to have a student show in Green Hill Gallery, Berlin, the week after the end of the class!

Who is the instructor?

TB discovered photography in university in 2005. She works as a photographer and filmmaker, with exhibitions in the US& Europe.
